Our History

Security Specialists Inc. was established in 1997. We’re a security management firm that supplies trained employees to manage security at events like concerts, festivals and more. We’re owned and operated by seven people with over 150 years of combined security experience, and we’re licensed, bonded and insured in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota.

Employee Training

We require 12-hours pre-assignment training course for each new employee, and six hours of continuous training annually. We also complete an FBI and BCA background check on each and every employee.
